Plus, these items have a shelf life of five years, so you don’t have to worry about refilling/replacing them soon. 

The hand crank flashlight is a great battery-free tool, plus the radio is a great tool to stay aware of. A hygiene kit is a great inclusion, as it’ll keep you fresh over the course of those three days. The first aid kit is handy for minor cuts and prevents more serious injuries.

The case itself is heavily padded and easily carried, and you know the padding will protect it if it ever gets thrown around in an emergency situation, which is definitely a likelihood if you are ever experiencing a natural disaster.
